Enjoy the Beauty of God’s Creation
Sometimes I just need a little reminder….Just had the first cataract surgery and will have another in two weeks. After the eye was blurry for a few days, I found the beauty of seeing better. I was reminded not to take God’s creation for granted. Everything is so much clearer and beautiful and I need to enjoy the world God gave me. Kermit the Frog says “You have to enjoy and appreciate life’s simple pleasures, like taking a walk and looking around, rolling on a log, or dancing in a conga line with chickens….taking a moment to stop and be thankful for all the wonderful chaos that surrounds me every day.”
Vincent dePaul said “Be very careful not to spoil the affairs of the good God by hurrying them too much. Take your time and learn how to wait on God.” So I got my reminder and I know I can see things better now and enjoy God’s world a little better.
