Check Your Right Shoulder!
Today is St Jerome’s feast day. He is well known for his translating The Bible into the language of the church, Latin.
But my thoughts are still with yesterday’s feasts of the angels Gabriel, Michael and Raphael. So little is shown to prove the existence of angels, except for our own experience. So let me be clear about their existence from my experience. So many times I just can’t figure out how things happen and I just believe it is God’s way of being anonymous.
It is just the work of His team and His army of angels that He has patrolling the universe. I can’t believe that He would depend solely upon us to take care of everything. I know He has some trust in us but it may be that He has also enlisted His army to keep an eye on us.
The bible has mentioned the angels as messengers and protectors, so next time you get out of a jam, or you got a special message from God, “Check your right shoulder” and say Thanks.
