And they followed a star………..
And the rest is history!!
After Christmas, we celebrate some wonderful feasts. First we celebrated the feast of the Holy Family of Joseph, Mary and Jesus and reflected on how wonderful it is to belong to so many wonderful different families. (At Bible class Noah’s pastor asked him if he wanted to belong to a new Christian family and he said “No, I like the one I have now.)
Secondly we celebrate the feast of the Epiphany. This is the real gift giving day, isn’t it? These wise men followed a star to find the new king, the one who was to save the world, and He did by the way.
They brought gifts to worship and honor this king of all kings. The world was introduced to a star by the light of a star.
We need a ‘red carpet’ experience where millions and millions of followers come to worship and honor this star.
Continue to follow this star. Give Him your best gift….the gift of the best of you. And the world will be better for it…..and the rest will be history!
