Fr. Bob’s Spiritual Reflection–6/15/2023
He doesn’t want you to forget
This is a very unique reflection…because it’s my Wednesday reflection coming out on Thursday. I forgot to finish this on time…My thoughts are first on just remembering all that I should and secondly how nice it is to remember what God wants. Yesterday and today Jesus in the gospels tells us how to inherit the kingdom of heaven. He urges us to keep the commandments and he emphasized loving all as brothers and sisters. Surely, we can’t forget how He taught us that by the way He lived. He genuinely cared! God would want me to remember that.
To know him a little better would be the real challenge and I’m sure He would like to know me a little more. So my resolution is to make my prayer life better as it is a friendship with God that is so good for me. It needs to be continually nourished, so don’t Forget!
