Recently, in one of the Lenten gospels, Jesus says that there will be those who are greatest in the kingdom and those who will be least in the kingdom. That seems to indicate there are different levels in Heaven. I have never figured this out so I approached a spiritual writer and asked him for his interpretation.
He told me that he believes it means that all of us in heaven will experience the joy and happiness of being with God, but some will have more experiences. Not sure that is the true meaning but it seemed plausible.
Heaven? Just had a meeting with a friend who told me he needs patience more than ever. He lost his wife in a terrible automobile accident but knows she is in heaven. He wants to join her but I told him he has to wait until God is ready to call him home.
I don’t know where heaven is, don’t know where our folks are or what they are doing but children’s books on heaven are so filled with joy and happiness that this is where I want to be. I just thank the Good Lord for making it possible!
